Understanding the opportunities and constraints related to a proposed project site is an essential component of the due diligence process. Sapphos Environmental, Inc. will compile and graphically display all existing available data related to sixteen environmental issue areas to inform property owners and prospective developers of physical, environmental, social, and political constraints and opportunities that are inherent to a proposed project site or alternative sites under consideration for development. This review includes an assessment of the federal, state, and local statutes and guidelines that will govern the entitlement process. Data can be geo-referenced in real space to create geographical information data to support project planning and development efforts.
