Environmental Compliance Documentation (CEQA / NEPA)
Sapphos Environmental, Inc. has prepared hundreds of environmental compliance documents pursuant to NEPA and CEQA in support of public and private infrastructure and community development projects throughout the southwestern United States. The legal defensibility of NEPA and CEQA documentation is directly attributable to the quality of the substantial evidence that is compiled in the preparation of these documents, the emphasis placed on public outreach and participation, and the development of an administrative record that demonstrates the technical and procedural adequacy of the environmental process undertaken by the Lead Agency.
Sapphos Environmental, Inc.’s approach of providing clients with comprehensive consultation and documentation to protect against legal challenges has resulted in only 11 instances of legal challenges out of the hundreds of environmental documents prepared. Each of these documents successfully withstood all legal challenges.
